Liebes Materada-Team, wir waren im August 2008 zum 3.Mal und 3 Jahre hintereinander (!!!) auf ihrer wunderschönen Anlage. Auch in diesem Jahr haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, und hoffen, daß sie auch in den nächsten Jahren diesen Standard und den hohen Erholungswert halten können ! Gerne werden wir Sie weiterempfehlen. We visited Materada 26.8 - 2.9.2007 at rooms 105.We want to tell to everybody at Materada Residence, how happy we were at the Residence. Everything was clean, the area was beautiful, the apartment was exellent and the personnel was friendly. We are willing to visit you again in some near future. With many greetings to all of you! THIS ARE EXCELENT APPARTMENTS. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED! WE LIKE IT ALSO BECAUSE IT IS NEAR BY THE SEA. THE ATMOSPHERE IS FRIENDLY AND CALM.

IT IS THE SECOND TIME I AM IN CROATIA, BUT NOT THE LAST. PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND THIS VILLAGE IS A VERY NICE PLACE, HERE IS CLEAN AND FRIENDLY!!

We just spent a wonderful week at the Materada Residence in Porec. The facility is brand new and very well appointed. The air-conditioning in the Apartment was a godsend as it was very hot during our week there. The kitchen was fully equipped and the full size refrigerator was awesome. We took advantage of the whirlpool and the beach volleyball area. The location right on the sea was perfect for enjoying the water. There is no naturist beach area within walking distance but I did find a free area about 5 minutes drive near the Ulika camp. The food in the area is fantastic at the restaurants near the complex and a taxi ride into town is reasonable and the staff was ready to help contact a cab. The staff was very nice and helpful with all questions and requests. The barbeque area was splendid. We used it one evening and it was all clean and ready to go the next day by 7:30 am when I went to see if I needed to clean out my ashes from the night before. :)
